Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to file a fresh application before the respondent authorities for regularization of their construction along with requisite documents in accordance with law.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application

for regularization of its construction supported with the requisite documents which will be considered by the respondent authorities strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
