Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/10/2016 This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. However, at the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the other co-accused, though have been found guilty, have been sentenced only for one year and six months, the applicant seeks to withdraw this application and intends to apply for grant of regular bail. It is prayed that the Court below may be directed to consider his regular bail application on the same day. Considering the submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail before the competent Court. It is directed that in case, the applicant moves regular bail application, the same shall be considered and decided as early as possible preferably within three days.
