1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred as Panchayat Secretary from Barpalikala to Mohgaon on the basis of application submitted by him on 24.8.20198 which has been withdrawn on 14.9.2018, but he has been illegally transferred by the impugned order.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation within 7 days from today before respondent No.2/Chief Executive Officer, Jilla Panchayat, Janjgir incorporating the above-stated facts, which will be considered and decided by respondent No.2 within

further five weeks. During the aforesaid period of six weeks, the petitioner shall not be relieved, if already not relieved.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed. I.A.No.02 for listing the case in summer vacation and I.A.No.03 for urgent hearing stand disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Vacation Judge B/-
