Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has moved an application under Section 129 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code on 19.04.2017 but her land has not been demarcated as there is dispute on the identity of the land and the respondents are interfering in the suit property, against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner restraining the respondents from interfering with the suit property.

Learned counsel appearing for Corporation would submit that
demarcation has taken place and the encroachment by the petitioner has been removed.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court seeking permanent / temporary injunction and also to make a prayer for demarcation of her land. If such a suit is filed, the jurisdictional Civil Court shall proceed in accordance with law. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Civil Court seeking permanent / temporary injunction in accordance with law. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Priyanka
