Agrawal Order On Board 01/02/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' services have been removed without giving any reasons by respondent No.3, however in the light of the
circular dated 05.03.2008 of the State Government itself the petitioners are entitled to be regularized in services. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make representation along with circular dated 05.03.2008 to the respondent No.3. If such representation is filed by the petitioners before the said authority, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.
(3) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and respondent No.3 would be at liberty to consider and decide the representation in accordance with law.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
