---- Respondents Shri Prateek Sharma, counsel for the petitioner/s. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 24/10/2016 Application for initiating contempt proceedings is filed on the basis that decision as per order dated 27/06/2016 has not been taken by the Principal of the Government Laxmaneshwar College, Kharod, District - Janjgir Champa. 2.

After going through the material on record and memo dated 12/09/2016, I find that by that time, the order passed by this Court was submitted before the Principal of the said college on 02/08/2016, the petitioner was already transferred to another college at Akaltara and the Principal of Akaltara College vide memo dated 20/09/2016 addressed to Principal of Government College, Kharod has sought relevant service book of the petitioner for the purposes of taking appropriate decision for completion of probation and fixation of pay. 3.

Considering the aforesaid situation, the Principal of the College at Kharod is directed to forward service book and other relevant records of the petitioner forthwith which are relevant for decision of petitioner's case to the Principal, Government College, Akaltara within a period of three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

From the date of receipt of the service records of the petitioner, Principal, Government College, Akaltara shall decide the case of the petitioner as per direction dated 27/06/2016 of this Court.
