1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up for hearing through video conferencing from the High Court premises at Bodri, Bilaspur.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a fairly long time, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise all the points before the trial Court at the time of framing of charges, as charges have not been framed and the criminal
case against the petitioner is still pending consideration.
3. Learned State counsel has no objection.
4. As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise his points before the trial Court at the time of framing of charge, if permissible, in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
