1. The petitioner appears to have joined at the transferred place pursuant to the order dated 15-7-2014 and thereafter, after amendment of the said order, he joined in the office of Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bemetara. For the reason that at the earlier posted place, the post of Lab Technician was not vacant, the petitioner has not been paid salary for the period from

28-8-2014 to 18-5-2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has moved representation before respondent No.4 for payment of salary for the above said period, however, the said representation has not yet been decided.

3. Learned State counsel would submit that if fresh representation is filed, respondent No.4 shall consider the matter, under whose jurisdiction the petitioner had worked during the subject period, in accordance with law.

4. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that on fresh representation being filed before respondent No.4 within a period of 15 days from today, the said respondent shall consider and decide the representation at the earliest, preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of representation.
