1. As both the above first bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicants arise out of the same crime number i.e. 33/2021 registered in Police Station- Police Chowki Charbhatha, Thana Kawardha, District Kabirdham (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 307, 302 read with Section 34 of IPC, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to

M.Cr.C. No. 2673 of 2021 & M.Cr.C. No. 2700 of 2021 withdraw both the bail applications with liberty to file afresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
