of the petitioner has been engaged as non-prescribed officer for General Election of LoksabhaNidhan-sabha at polling booth centre 242, Jashpur Nagar. 2.

Now the petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has now not to be engaged for that purpose.

The petition stands disposed of as the relief sought by the petitioner is resolved.
