The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 04.01.2019 passed in WPS No.1604 of 2014.

This court while disposing of the said writ petition had granted 60 days time for deciding representation of the petitioner in the writ petition. The petitioner prays for further time for compliance of the said order dated 04.01.2019.

Though it is more than three months time lapsed from the date of order having been passed, however, reluctantly in the interest of justice 60 days further time is granted to the applicants to ensure that the representation of the petitioner in the writ petition is decided. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. The period of time for deciding the representation stands extended and the applicants are granted further 60 days time to decide the representation. Let copy of this order be placed on record of WPS No.1604 of 2014.
