1. Counsel appearing for the parties on going through the judgment passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 479/2021 decided on

11.02.2021 submit that the facts of the present two writ petitions being identical to the matter which has been decided by this High Court in WP(S) No. 479/2021 and these two writ petitions can be disposed of in-terms of the aforesaid judgment passed by this Court,

2. In view of the aforesaid submission by the counsel for the parties, both the writ petitions stand allowed in-terms-of the judgment passed by the High Court in WP(S) No. 479/2021 decided on 11.02.2021.

3. As a consequence, the impugned order declaring the petitioners ineligible for not having post graduation degree stands set aside / quashed with consequences to follow.
