1. This is third application filed u/s 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the Applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 97/2012 registered at P.S. Visharmpur, District - Surajpur for the offence punishable under Section 420 and 467/34 of IPC.

2. The first anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 12.08.2014 in M.Cr.C.A No. 838/2014.

3. Considering the order passed by this Court earlier in M.Cr.C.A. No. 838/14 dated 12.08.2014 and M.Cr.C.A. No. 1160/2014 dated 19.11.2014, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present anticipatory bail application on the 3rd round.

4. It is further reiterated as has been stipulated in the previous order sheet that in case the applicant surrenders and moves an application for grant of regular bail before the concerned trial Court the same shall if possible be considered on the same day keeping in view the aliment that the Petitioner is suffering from.
