Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the respondent No. 2Collector, Balrampur for redressal of his grievances. 2.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Balrampur for redressal of his grievances and, in turn, the Collector shall do well to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
