1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the Annexure (P-1) dated 29/01/2019. Vide the impugned order the respondents have called for an explanation from the petitioner for his alleged absence from duty for a period of 67 days from 24/10/2018 up to 31/12/2018.
2. This Court at the outset in not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the reason that it is only a show cause notice which has been issued
to the petitioner. The law is by now well settled that the Writ Courts are not supposed to entertain petitions at a show cause stage.
3. Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has also given his explanation to the concerned authorities vide Annexure (P-11) dated 04/02/2019.
4. Given the facts, the present writ petition stands disposed off with direction to the authorities concerned to take appropriate decision on the explanation given by the petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations.
