1. The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.179/2008 registered in Police Station Gurur, District Balod (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. This is the Second Bail Application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. The First Bail Application was dismissed on 5-10-2012 with a detailed order.

3. In view of the fact that the earlier bail application was dismissed on merits by order dated 5-10-2012, this Court is not inclined to entertain this repeat bail application. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra ashu
