Learned counsel appearing for the petitionerd would submit that petitioners may be allowed to withdraw the motion already moved against respondent No. 4 and also to make a fresh application for process of recall of respondent No. 4 under Section 21(A)(ii) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.

Be that as it may, if the petitioners proceeds in accordance with law and makes an application under Section 21(A)(ii)of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 before the competent authority, then the competent authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
