1. This is the third bail application filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail in connection with crime No. 36/2020 registered at Police Station Basantpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for offence under Section 21(b) of NDPS Act, 1985.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing for a fairly long time, submits that material

witnesses have already been examined, therefore, trial Court be directed to expedite the trial as the applicant is in jail since 31/03/2020.

3. Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it expeditiously without further loss of time as the material witnesses have already been examined and the applicant has been in jail for more than a year.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this bail application stands disposed of.
