The only correction sought in the matter is that name of the respondent/contemnor has been wrongly mentioned as 'Rajendra' in place of 'Ramesh'.

We find that in the writ petition, itself, the name of the contemnor was mentioned as Rajendra.

But then in view of the affidavit which has now been filed, we are inclined to dispose off the MCC with the correction that in the order dated 02.02.2018 passed in Contempt Case No.683 of 2017, in place of 'Rajendra' as mentioned in the name of respondent/contemnor, it shall be read in substitution as 'Ramesh'. 4.

Accordingly, the MCC is disposed off.
