This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.70/2015, registered at Police Station Ghumka, Distt. Rajnandgaon (C.G.) Revenue/Civil Rajnandgaon (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 456, 376/511, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 & 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act.

After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application.
