Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner is that in place of father of the petitioner namely Sunder Lal respondent No.6 Maan Singh is working. Learned counsel submits that at this stage only limited grievance of the petitioner is that representation which has been filed by Annexure P-1 that may be directed to be decided.

Shri Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/S.E.C.L. would submit that they would decide the representation at its own merit.

Considering the submission of both the Advocates, without any observation on the merits of the case, since only prayer have been made that representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided which has been filed by the Annexure P-1, it is directed that respondents No.3 & 4 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order.
