1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.76/2015 (Criminal Case No.297/2015 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kanker) registered at Police Station Kanker, Distt. Kanker, for the offence punishable under Sections 420 of the IPC and 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application, as the present dispute has been settled amicably.
