1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken
up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that most of the relief claimed in the writ petition have been given or promised to be given in the return filed by the State. He also submits that for the period of suspension the salary claimed is not being paid.
3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the concerned authority claiming full pay allowances for suspension period and that will be considered and decided by the concerned authority within two months from the date of receipt representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
