The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 06.10.2018 passed in WPS No.6642 of 2018. The reasons assigned in the application is the forthcoming Parliament Election on account of which the body which has to take a decision is not being functional. The petitioner prays for four months time for compliance of the order.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the opinion that prima facie a case has been made out to grant further time.

Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. The period of time for deciding the representation stands extended and the applicants are granted further four months time to decide the representation. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Inder
