1. Heard.

2. This is the third bail application, the first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 16-12-2020 in MCRC No. 7490 of 2020 in connected matters and the second bail application was dismissed on merits on 03-02-2021 in MCRC No.316/2021 in connected matters.

3. The applicant has preferred the third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.16/2020, registered at Police Station Shyang, District- Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with 34, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

4. There is no subsequent development warranting taking any different view of the matter.
