The applicants have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for correction name of father of applicant No.1 in the order dated 25.8.2015 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.4299 of 2015. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly submit that name of father of applicant No.1 Indarman is Vishram, but in the cause title of the order dated 25.8.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.4299 of 2015 it has wrongly been mentioned as Ram and therefore, same may be corrected. 3.

It is directed that name of father of applicant No.1 be read as "Vishram Nishad" in place of "Ram Nishad" in the cause title of the order dated 25.8.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.4299 of 2015. Other contents of

order dated 25.8.2015 shall remain intact.

With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands disposed of. 5.
