(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 46/2015 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Distt. Bilaspur for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 13(1) (D) & 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. (2) Counsel for the applicant submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file the

same after filing of the charge sheet.

(3) He is permitted to do so.

(4) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
