Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to typographical mistake in the cause title name of the petitioner's father has been wrongly mentioned as "Late Y.N. Singh" whereas the correct name of petitioner's father is "Late Y.N. Shukla".

Considering the aforesaid submission, prayer is considered. The same appears to be based on affidavit of the petitioner, therefore, it is allowed. In the cause title of order dated 08.09.2016 passed in WPS 4640 of 2016 the name of petitioner's father in place of "Late Y.N. Singh" it shall be read in substitution as "Late Y.N. Shukla". 3.

This order shall go along with order dated 08.09.2016 passed in WPS 4640 of 2016 and the petitioner shall place this order along with 08.09.2016 passed in WPS 4640 of 2016 for necessary compliance before the competent authority.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
