Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order on Board 19-05-2021 Heard.

1. This petition has been brought under article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to decide the case of the petitioners within stipulated time.

2. Petitioners were the land holders of village Bharni, Tehsil- Takhatpur District- Bilaspur, C.G. Their agricultural land has been acquired by the

-2respondents and an award dated 08.05.2014 was passed by respondent No.3 vide annexure P-1. The petitioners have not received reasonable compensation according to, The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The petitioners have preferred an appeal before respondent No.4 on 27.06.2019, which is pending, despite several dates have been given by respondent No.4, no order has been passed. Petitioners seek decision on appeal by respondent No.4 within a time frame.

3. Learned State counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection, if the petition is disposed off with direction.

4. After considering on the submissions, this petition is disposed off.

5. Respondent No.4 is directed to consider on the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date this order is passed and pass orders in accordance with law.
