First bail application was rejected by this Court on 22-11-2017 on merits. This second bail application has been filed repeating prayer for grant of bail on the ground that the important prosecution witness have been examined and the trial has not been concluded till date. It is also submitted that the applicant is in jail since 28-04-2017.

Considering the nature and gravity of allegation against the applicant, only on the ground of applicant being under detention since 28-04-2017, I am not inclined to grant bail.

Accordingly, the application is rejected. However, the trial Court shall do well to conclude the trial as early as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
