ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 14.08.2017 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Government Middle School, Tanghan, Block Dhabra to Middle School, Mahuda, Block Balouda, District Janjgir-Champa.

Shri Rao submits that during pendency of this Petition, the impugned transfer order has already been cancelled and therefore, he does not want to pursue this matter any further. 3.
