1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a similar writ petition bearing WPPIL No.31/2020 has already been disposed of vide order dated 27.4.2020, therefore, this petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

2. In the above stated PIL, petitioner - Amiyakant Tiwari had informed this Court that the grievance raised in the writ petition has been remedied. The PIL was accordingly disposed of as having rendered infructuous.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
