Taking into consideration the grounds taken in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, subject to petitioner's paying a cost of Rs.500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund (A/c No.32749718036) within a period of 7 days from today and furnishing receipt of the cost to be deposited, WP(S) No.1612 of 2019 would stand restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed.
