2. The present appeal is filed under Section 21 (4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 against the order dated 09.02.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge (N.I.A.), Bilaspur in Special Case (NIA) No.05/2018, arising out of Crime No.248/2018, Police Station Basna, District Mahasamund for the offence under Section 489 (A), (B), (C), (D) & (E) and 34 of I.P.C.
3. At the very outset learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already been convicted by the learned trial Court, therefore, the appeal has become infructuous.
4. In view of such submission, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
