Mr. A. S. Rajput, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the petitioners are entitled for time bound pay scale on the basis of completion of their 10 years' service while working on the post of Assistant Teacher as per the circular of the State Government, for which the petitioners have also made representations to the respondent authorities, but the same have not been considered and decided till date. Therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and
decide the case of the petitioners for time bound pay scale, payment of arrears etc.

Mr. Sunil Otwani, learned State counsel, would submit that the petitioners' representation shall be considered and decided expeditiously. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent Nos.1 & 2, are directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representation in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to make fresh representation within 2 weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
