The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is non granting of charge to the petitioner in spite of order passed by the respondents is in his favour. The petitioner has made a representation to the respondent No.3 in this regard on 19/12/2017 and again on 07/03/2018, but no orders have since been passed on this representation. 2.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.3 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner purely in accordance with law and rules governing the field.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
