5. On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the MCC, the same is allowed. Second Appeal No. 242/2015 (Ku. Madhuri Pandey -v- Chief Medical and Health Officer, Jagdalpur and anr.) is restored to is original number subject to removal of default within 7 days from today.
