This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court.

This Court by interim order dated 31.08.2016 ordered that if the petitioner is not relieved he shall not be relieved. In this contempt petition there is no averment that the petitioner was not relieved till 31.08.2016, therefore, on the pleadings, the contempt petition cannot be entertained.
