This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.280/2015, registered at Police Station-Kasdol, District-Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A & 376 of the IPC and Sections 4, 6 & 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this second bail application.
