The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.38/2020, registered at Police Station Vaishali Nagar, District Durg (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 195 (a) of IPC.

Case of the prosecution in brief is that when the complainant was returning with her companion after performing her work, then near public bathroom, the applicant reached there and given her threat to withdraw her earlier report and also given threat to change her version in the Court and also given her threat of life. 3.

Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail. 4.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 20.02.2020 and the offence is trialable by the JMFC, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, the application is allowed and

the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned on duty remand Magistrate. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court. 5.
