Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the title of the petitioner has been in dispute, therefore, he may be granted liberty to file civil suit.

Per contra, learned State counsel would submit that petitioner is an encroacher on the government land and is therefore not entitled for the aforesaid liberty.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the
jurisdictional Civil Court for redressal of his grievance and since the interim relief has been granted on 15.07.2017, it will be expedient to extend it for a further period of four weeks.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
