On due consideration, the delay in filing the application is condoned. MCC No. 321/2018 This is an application for restoration of TAXC No. 150 of 2017 which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 03.01.2018.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the

restoration application, it is allowed and TAXC No. 150 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs. 1000/- to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Bar Association within a period of one week.
