This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.74 of 2012, registered at Police Station-Fingeshwar, District Mahasamund (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 397/34 of the IPC. 2.
After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application directing the trial Court to expedite the trial.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
