1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC. Earlier bail application was rejected on merits by this Court on 05/03/2019 in MCRC No.660/2019.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

The instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order on top priority basis.
