Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 07/02/18 Heard petitioner in person and learned counsel for the respondents. 1.

The petitioner is working on the post of Lecturer in Govt. Higher Secondary School, Barpali Champa. By order dated 25.07.2012 (Annexure - R/1), he was transferred from Barpali, Block Bamhanideeh to the option of the District Education Officer, District Janjgir Champa and he was posted at Nagarda and was relieved also on 07.08.2012, but he did not join the transferred place Nagarda, Block Sakti, pursuant to which show cause notice has been issued against the petitioner on 08.11.2012 by the Director, Public Instructions, Raipur and he was suspended on 05.11.2015 for

unauthorized absence on account of non joining the transferred place at Nagarda, Block Sakti and thereafter charge-sheet was served to the petitioner on 03.12.2015. On 03.01.2016, suspension of the petitioner was revoked by the Department of School Education and he was posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Budgahan Block, Baloda District Janjgir Champa but it appears that he also did not join the present place of posting i.e. Government Higher Secondary School Budgahan Block Baloda, District Janjgir Champa and he has made representations before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievances which has not been considered and decided. Since, the representations are pending, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations- P/1 and P/2 respectively within a period of 30 days from the date of presentation of copy of this order by a reasoned order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
