1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has already complied with the transfer order as an obedient Govt. servant, his representation for cancellation/modification of the transfer order on various grounds has remained pending.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that representation of the petitioner, if not already decided, shall be decided in accordance with the norms within a period of 4 weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is finally disposed off with a

-2direction to the respondent authority to decide petitioner's representation, if not already decided, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. While deciding petitioner's representation, the respondent authority shall take into consideration all the grounds which have been raised in this petition including the grounds raised in the representation.
