The present is a case of transfer order which is under challenge
passed wayback in August, 2017, according to learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner was on maternity leave from 07-08-2017 to 06-032018 and only when she submitted her joining, she was informed regarding transfer order.

Transfer order was passed in the month of August, 2017 , therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the matter on this ground, however, the petitioner may prefer a representation on such grounds as may be available to her under the law including the grounds which have been raised in this petition and that be considered and decided by the respondents within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
