1. Learned counsel for the parties would jointly submit that in view of the observations made in the DPC proceedings, the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the competent authority to decide the matter in accordance with law.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may submit representation before the respondent Municipal Corporation within 15 days.
