1. Appellant had preferred the writ petition challenging the order of suspension, the Single Judge has refused to interfere with the matter relegating the appellant to avail the remedy of appeal/representation for ventilating his grievances before the Higher Authorities.

2. It is stated at the bar that appellant has already preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority on 28.02.2019.

3. If that be so, the writ appeal is disposed of with direction to Appellate Authority to consider and decide the appellant's pending appeal against the suspension order within a period of 4 weeks from today.
