1. The applicants have preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.151/2020, registered at Police Station: Pratappur, District Surajpur, (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21 (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage on 24-02-2021 in MCRC No.8519 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would pray for withdrawal of the bail application, however, he submits that liberty granted earlier may be kept intact.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty granted earlier shall remain intact.
